Paranormal Activity 5 Gets a Release Date

Prepare for scares on October 25, 2013.

Paramount has announced when the latest instalment in its Paranormal Activity franchise will hit screens.

According to Deadline, Paranormal Activity 5 will arrive in theatres on October 25, 2013 with Jason Blum also returning as producer.

Whilst Paranormal Activity 4 performed well internationally, it raked in 43% less than Paranormal Activity 3 domestically. It'll be interesting to see whether the next film can turn around the franchise fatigue ahead of the release of the planned Latino spin-off.
